Hospice care is a family-centered approach that includes, a team of:
Doctors ...including your personal physician
Nurses
Social Workers
Clergy
Trained Volunteers
Hospice Medical Director
Others as needed
It takes many different skills to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients and those who love and care for them. Our hospice offers you the full resources of our team. You may need the help of all team members or you may only need a few. Team members will usually visit one at a time. Sometimes two team members may make a joint visit to help you with a specific problem. All members of your hospice team meet regularly to talk about your needs, share ideas and make plans that will be discussed with you.
